◎ 当館の領事サービスは予約制となっております。（翌々日から60日先までの予約が可能です。）
◎ 予約時間は厳守願います。予約時間に遅れた場合、または書類に不備がある場合は対応できかねますので、ご了承ください。
必要書類は当館のホームページにてご確認願います。
◎ 予約は、お一人様、1枠となります。
◎ 予約は、申請者のお名前で登録をお願いします。複数名の受け取りに関しては、代表者のお名前で1枠のみご登録ください。
◎ 予約確定後、登録されたメールアドレスに予約番号が記載された確定メールが届きますので、ご来館の際に提示できるようにご準備ください。
（最後の画面で予約番号が表示されない場合は、予約が確定されていませんのでご注意ください。）
◎ 予定の変更が生じて予約日時に来館できない場合は、24時間前までに予約確認メール上のリンクからキャンセル、または変更を行ってください。
◎ 査証の受け取り、マイナンバーカードの受け取り、警察証明の受け取り、及び在外選挙人証の受け取りについては、予約は不要です。事前通知の時間内にご来館ください。
◎ 査証申請の予約は午前中のみとなっております。また査証申請の予約は、まず予約枠から「Visa Application」を、次に該当する「申請内容」を選択してください。
◯ All Consular Services are by appointment only. (up to 60 days)
◯ Visa application is available in the morning only. When booking an appointment for visa, you first need to select Visa Application from the Category, and next select Application Details before selecting a date. We will not accept your application if you booked in a wrong Category/Application Details.
◯ Appointment is not required for Visa pick up(9am to 12pm, 1:30pm to 3pm) or Police Certificate pick up(9am to 12pm, 1:30pm to 3:30pm).
◯ Please arrive on time. Late arrivals/insufficient documents may result in rescheduling.
◯ Make sure to check the necessary documents before your appointment.
◯ You can only book one appointment.
◯ Appointment needs to be made by applicant's name. Only one appointment is necessary for pick up for a family or a group application.
◯ Please present your confirmation email with your appointment ID number upon entering. (If you don't receive the email, your appointment has not been completed.)
◯ If you are unable to make it for the appointment, please cancel or change your appointment 24 hours prior to your appointment.
